Yes, user access and permissions can be defined at any level of the organizational hierarchy, which is customizable. For example, a user could have access to invoices related only to their department within one of the legal entities managed.

Yes. Customers can view and approve invoices and expenses, as well as upload invoices or expense receipts. The Beanworks mobile app is available for download on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

All modules except for the Invoices module are optional. However, using all four modules eliminates the cost and time required to manage separate AP systems and applications.
