A 30 minute phone/zoom interview with a member of our recruitment team so we can get to know you beyond your resume, and learn more about what makes you you. If we think you could be a good fit for the position and for Beanworks, we’ll send you the Plum.

A 25 minute competency assessment that gives us an insight into your characteristics; how you think and behave, and what you’re good at. We are matching up your profile with the competencies required for the specific position. It’s not a pass or fail, we just want to know what energizes and drains you!

Some roles require a ‘skills assessment’. For example, our sales team conducts a panel interview, our engineering team conducts live coding interviews with follow up assessments. We want to assess your technical skills, the way you work under pressure, and your ability to problem solve.

A longer, in-depth interview with the hiring manager and 1-2 others. We deep dive into your education and work history, to see how your experiences have shaped you. Be prepared also for some questions pertaining to your plum assessment and/or scenario-based questions.
